AIF Alter\u00adna\u00adtiv Invest Finance AG  (here\u00adinafter \u201cCom\u00adpa\u00adny\u201d) falls under the term \u201casset man\u00adag\u00ader\u201d pur\u00adsuant to Art. 367a para. 3 of Liecht\u00aden\u00adstein Per\u00adson\u00adal and Com\u00adpa\u00adny Law (PGR) and must there\u00adfore describe its par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpa\u00adtion pol\u00adi\u00adcy with\u00adin the mean\u00ading of Art. 367h PGR.<\/p>\n
